Christmas & New Year Delivery

** We are closed between Christmas and New Year. Please note that all orders received between midday on Thursday the 21st December and the 1st of January will not be processed until the 2nd of January. **


Unless otherwise stated we offer tracked NEXT WORKING DAY delivery for all UK orders (*see exclusions below) placed before 12pm with DPD. If you order after 12pm your order will be shipped the following day.

Fast and Efficient Delivery with DPD Predict

You will receive emails acknowledging your order and payment processing. You will also receive an email and a text (if you supply your mobile phone number) informing you when your order has been dispatched and when you can expect it to arrive in a two hour slot. If you need to change the delivery location this can be done.  DPD predict is an extremely efficient and flexible service.

Exclusions for Next Day Delivery
For Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles insoles will be sent 2 class Royal Mail and so you can expect to receive your insoles in 2 to 3 working days. Between Christmas and New Year we are closed so insoles will be processed on the 2nd of January.

Non UK Orders
If you live outside of the UK  (excluding France,  Republic of Ireland, Spain and Holland for which we charge £6 for shipping) then please either call us on +44 1344 623883 or email us using the contact form.

Monday to Thursday: 9:00 to 17:00
Friday: 9:00 to 15:00
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

If you wish to return your insoles because you have changed your mind a refund will be given less the cost of the postage (£5.00 for UK delivery).
The insoles must be uncut and unworn and be returned to us within 28 days.  Please include your name and order number when you return your insoles. We would advise that you gain Proof of Postage and retain this until you have received your refund.
