Suzanne Hedges

World Age Group Sprint Triathlon Championships London 2014 – Bronze
Former British Freestyle Skiing Mogul Champion

Originally a member of the British Freestyle Ski Team, Suzanne retired from ski racing after her 3rd cruciate ligament knee reconstruction in 1998. In 2011, after her youngest child started school, she discovered Triathlon and in 2013 won a bronze medal at the World Age Group Triathlon Championships (45-49).

I was never really a runner and with bad knees from skiing I never thought I would be able to do one triathlon let alone win a World Age Group medal. I do believe that wearing currex injuries enabled me to get the training done without getting further injuries. I’m also a huge fan of the insoles for skiing and have them in my bike shoes too!

Caroline Steffans - currex Insoles

The swiss long distance triathlete and twice world champion Caroline Steffen has been wearing currex insoles since 2011 after trying them to help with pain and blisters she was getting when running.

The running shoe fits better to my foot. No blisters, no skin abrasion. No slipping inside the shoe, even with wet feet and also the currex insoles helped cure my plantar fasciitis within two weeks. I’m super HAPPY and will wear the insoles in the future.”

Emma Pallant

British Super Series Triathlon Champion 2013 & 14
3rd Geneva European Cup 2014
7th Mexico World Cup 2014
National Duathlon Champion 2014

Emma Pallant currex sponsored athlete

A very succesful runner as a youngster, Emma switched from running to triathlon in 2012 after getting injured and struggling with the high running mileage that she needed to do to compete at the highest level.

Now I’m putting the miles in I was recommended a pair of insoles called currexs which when I tried them out felt so comfortable and now I won’t run without them in. It made cycling feel a bit funky because I didn’t have them in so I put a pair of bike ones in my bike shoes too and again it helped my feet get through the hours on the bike and run to bikes felt a lot smoother.
